About the Role
As a Marketing Associate for our in-home senior care company, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive client acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies that effectively promote our services and distinguish us in the marketplace. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our organization as we strive to provide exceptional care to seniors in our community.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and printed materials. Ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging posts, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective clients, such as online advertising, content marketing, and referral programs. Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and facilitate the conversion process.
Event Coordination: Coordinate participation in community events, health fairs, and other relevant activities to raise awareness of our services and engage with potential clients and referral sources. Assist in planning and executing event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Gather feedback from clients, caregivers, and referral sources to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and videos. Ensure that collateral is visually appealing, informative, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Brand Management: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Uphold brand standards and guidelines in all marketing activities and collaborations.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and analysis to track progress and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather input, share updates, and ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
