About the Role

As the Director of Operations for our in-home senior care company, your primary responsibility will be driving the acquisition of new clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain clients, ensuring the continued growth and success of the organization in serving seniors in our community. In addition to client acquisition, you will oversee various operational aspects to support the delivery of exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract new clients, including outreach campaigns, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs and preferences, and assess competitive landscape to inform client acquisition strategies.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, partnerships, digital marketing, and community events, to expand the client base.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective clients and their families, providing information about our services, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Sales Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM systems and other tools to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators related to client acquisition, such as conversion rates, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to align client acquisition efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff members involved in client acquisition activities, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition strategies based on feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.

  3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies.

  6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

  7. Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering excellent customer service.

  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
